Services for vibration sensors, vibration measurement devices and vibration calibrator
Reliable and accurate measurements from your measuring devices and vibration sensors are essential for early fault detection on your production equipment. To support this, we offer the services of a DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH) accredited calibration laboratory for “Mechanical measurement: Acceleration”. We strictly follow applied calibration procedures according to DKD-R 3-1 sheet 3:2020 and DIN ISO 16063-44:2019-02, which comply with international standards. Our calibration and measurement capabilities for mechanical measurements include the calibration of vibration sensors (acceleration and velocity), vibration measurement devices and vibration calibrators from Brüel & Kjær Vibro GmbH (formerly CARL SCHENCK AG) as well as for 3rd party products.
Our products such as instruments, monitoring modules and vibration sensors are already factory calibrated. Depending on their usage and operating conditions, we recommend testing/calibrating them at regular intervals to ensure that they function correctly and maintain measuring accuracy compliance.
We offer our customers 3 types of calibration at attractive fixed prices:
BASIC-, PRO- and DAkkS-calibrations
We also offer these calibrations for 3rd party products.
Please use our contact form. We will respond immediately and offer professional advice on your calibration task.
Since April 16th, 2020, in accordance with EA 2/15, laboratories with a flexible accreditation scope are obliged to maintain an up-to-date list of the procedures within their accreditation scope.
Calibration procedures in the flexible accreditation area:
