Offline Data Acquisition

To cost-effectively operate a modern, efficient production plant within expenditure constraints while maximising profitability and competitiveness is a daunting challenge.

With a predictive maintenance strategy and effective training, a small team of technical personnel can efficiently manage the maintenance of plant machinery and turn the maintenance division into a profit centre. 

The 2-day off-line data acquisition workshop instructs the participants on theoretical and practical aspects of motivating, planning, establishing, operating and maintaining an efficient condition-based maintenance strategy with modern portable data-collector/analysers and powerful, predictive maintenance software.

Subjects include:

• Maintenance through off-line condition monitoring
• Division and classification of monitoring
• Systematic off-line data acquisition
• Selecting the measurement variables
• Configuring points and creating efficient routes
• Analysing data and effective report documenting

Workshops are conducted in English or German, with an emphasis also on understanding machine vibrations and analysis techniques.
