Advanced Vibration Training - Measurement and Interpretation of Vibration Spectra

Evaluation of machine condition does not always end at establishing the machine’s overall condition. In a case where the condition is unacceptable, deeper analysis of the measured data, identification of the source of the problem and recommendation of the appropriate corrective action is required.

Our 2-day Advanced Vibration training program builds on the knowledge gained from our Basic Vibration program by teaching further subjects which are of practical use for an in-depth analysis of the machine, including:

• Time–signature analysis
• Frequency domain transformation
• Frequency analysis 
• Analysing methods
• Machine damages
• Rolling-element bearing diagnosis
• Rolling-element bearing damages
• Introduction to dynamic machine behaviour

The training is a balance of theoretical lectures and hands-on practical exercises using modern analysing instruments and predictive maintenance software programs.

We provide the knowledge base for all those who deal with machine condition analysis (production, inspection, service and maintenance staff).
