Monitoring Service Concept

Condition monitoring systems have traditionally been stand-alone products that require their own team of specialists to operate and maintain them and to perform diagnostics. Although this still holds true for some industries, many others require a different approach. Wind turbine operators have to deal with a large number of machines that are difficult to monitor, and require specialist knowledge in order to convert the information from the monitoring system into actionable information which can be used by a service department.

Brüel & Kjær Vibro has developed a unique product/service combination that consists of a dedicated monitoring system to wind turbines coupled with close cooperation with the wind turbine manufacturers, operators and service departments to overcome these problems.
