VIBROCONTROL 1500 measures vibrations and temperatures at 2 channels. Moreover it also supplies frequency analyses and thus permits remote monitoring. We are certain that this brings to the market an outstanding product which corresponds exactly with the requirements that today must fulfil the demands of protective monitoring.  Control Center Software for VIBROCONTROL 1500 |
This powerful 2/4-channel electronic instrument combines reliable safety monitoring with progressive condition monitoring functions at a fraction of the costs of a rack-based system. VIBROCONTROL 1500 accepts inputs signals from two acceleration sensors and two temperature sensors (an integrated sensor is available) and delivers vibration, temperature and bearing condition measurements from each channel. In addition the instrument offers the options of trend displays and frequency analyses, post-mortems and remote monitoring. All this packed into a small DIN-rail housing (90 x 75 x 115 mm)! The intuitive functionality of the systems requires no expertise for the installation, commissioning or operation of the product. |

The ideal partner, and also new in our product range, is the acceleration sensor AS-062/T1, a variant of the well-known series of CCS accelerometers with an integrated temperature measurement (integrated PT-100 temperature element). The measurement of bearing vibrations is done by CCS acceleration sensors*. The current measurement from both channels is shown at the display of the VIBROCONTROL 1500 instrument as well as their percentage value with reference to the set limit values. A violation of these preset alarms thresholds (LIM 1 and LIM 2 ) is monitored and switched by means of alarm relays. *basically any CCS acceleration sensor (100 mV/g) can be connected – e.g. an AS-062 or ASA-062. |
