Newsletter 6th issue |
|
##Greeting## ##Name##,
As announced in the previous newsletter two important exhibitions took place in Munich in the autumn, namely the “HUSUM” wind and the “MAINTAIN”.
At HUSUM we exhibited to the specialized public our newest development in remote monitoring of wind energy plants and at MAINTAIN our entire spectrum of condition monitoring solutions.
Both exhibitions were very well attended and it was clear the topic of condition monitoring occupies an important and permanent place in the fields of machine and equipment construction.
Please consider our special campaign within the range of the portable measuring instruments. |

Series 40 |
|

|
A success story approaches its end.
In 1992 as a company of SCHENCK we brought the measuring instruments of the series of 40, namely the Vibro-FFT 41, Vibrotest 41, Vibrobalancer 41 as well as the Vibroport 41, onto the market. Since that time we have sold also 2-channel versions of these instruments in very large numbers. In the last few years there have still been a large number of orders, particularly because of the especially representative displays in the balancing mode. In innumerable companies, at home and abroad, maintenance personnel carry out important services every day with the identification and removal of disturbing vibrations at machines and plant using this series of instruments. All good things come to an end, as the saying goes, and now finally this series of measuring instruments runs out. Nevertheless we offer you, our customers, an opportunity to place a last order at especially attractive special prices. Please contact your regional sales representative of Brüel & Kjaer Vibro GmbH and take advantage of this attractive offer. We feel further committed to the tradition of portable measuring instruments and have a worthy successor in the Vibrotest 60. In the future we will continue to make technically advanced and innovative measuring instruments available to our customers. |

Encyclopaedia of vibration technology
For communication in a field of activity like vibration measuring technology it is important to always use the same designations with the same meaning.
The available “Lexicon of vibration technology” represents an attempt to arrange the subject descriptions, characteristics and definitions for the extensive field of activity of vibration measuring techniques, as well as the traditionally bordering fields of activity, in more compact, alphabetical form.
With each new newsletter we will publish a part of the alphabet on our homepage. This way you will find everything worth knowing under the alphabetical heading.
At first we will publish it in German, but as soon as possible, it will also be available in English.
