Product & Application training groups are located in both Darmstadt & Nærum.
The purpose of these groups is to actively support our strategies within sales, support and services. This is achieved through participation at any level of the process from development of products and applications, through project management to the final installation and training of the end-users. This is done by:
- Developing and handling the B&K Vibro education programs
- Development, maintenance and implementation of technical- and application support for all B&K Vibro products
- Assistance in major sales projects, with technical and application support
- Development and documentation of new applications - plus monitoring and documenting new applications/cases
- By conveying feedback experiences with product operations and by ensuring that installations are converted into satisfied customers/references
- Informing about technical changes in product
