Unbalance is not only unpleasant but endangers people, machines and the environment when it is excessive. It shortens machine life, reduces utility value and leads to physical and psychological stress.
Nowadays unbalance can often be eliminated on site without dismantling the machine and using a fixed balancing machine.
Our 2-day Field Balancing training program explains the methods and instruments for field balancing, and gives theoretical knowledge and practical exercises to solve unbalance problems.
The program uses modern balancing instruments with programs for those one-off, difficult balancing problems – like non-linear rotors and prognosis balancing - and builds on knowledge obtained from our Basic Vibration and Vibration Analysis training programs.
