| Evaluation of machine condition does not always end at establishing the machine’s overall condition. In a case where the condition is unacceptable, deeper analysis of the measured data, identification of the source of the problem and recommendation of the appropriate corrective action is required. Our 3-day Advanced Vibration training program builds on the knowledge gained from our Basic Vibration program by teaching further subjects which are of practical use for an in-depth analysis of the machine, including: - Basic frequency analysis principles
- Time–signature analysis
- Frequency domain transformation
- Frequency analysis
- Phase analysis – the balancing or alignment decision
- Cepstrum analysis – for gear analysis
- Envelope curve analysis – a bearing analysis solution
- CPB spectrum - a fault identification tool
- Introduction to machine dynamic behaviour
Training is conducted in Denmark and Germany, in both English and German, with emphasis on a balance of theoretical lectures and hands-on practical exercises using modern analysing instruments and PM software programs. We provide the knowledge platform for technicians to build their machine condition analysis expertise. | | | | A vibration technician analysing a spectrum at an on-line monitoring system | | | | | Back to Diagnostics training | For our Training schedule please contact our Naerum or Darmstadt centre |
